These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chainblock.financial (the “Site”), operated by Chainblock Financial, a practice of AKIF CPA. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. No CPA-Client Relationship Until Engagement

Reading our content, contacting us, scheduling an intake call, or exchanging emails does not create a CPA-client relationship. A CPA-client relationship begins only when you and Chainblock Financial both execute a written engagement letter describing the scope, fees, and deliverables of the work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, code, logos, video, and downloadable materials — is owned by Chainblock Financial or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Republication, redistribution, or use as the basis of a derivative work requires written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) interfere with the Site’s operation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or index the Site beyond what is permitted by robots.txt; (d) misrepresent your identity; (e) use the Site for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Chainblock Financial, AKIF CPA, or any of their members, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD $100. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under an executed engagement letter, which is governed by the terms of that engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chainblock Financial and AKIF CPA from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
